Every year in spring, the Salle Brodbeck in Exincourt vibrates to the sound of turntables and the rustle of record sleeves. The RCDPM association organizes the Record Fair, which brings together around thirty exhibitors – essentially private individuals, with a few professionals – around a common passion: music on physical media. Vinyls of all eras and genres, collector CDs, music DVDs, and other formats are offered for exchange or sale.

The atmosphere is particularly curated by the organizers, who schedule DJ sets at the opening to get participants into the musical mood from 10 am. The day continues until 6 pm, offering many hours to browse the crates, discover rarities, and chat with enthusiasts. With around thirty exhibitors, the fair is human-sized, fostering encounters and discussions among collectors.

Vinyls and CDs: the passion for analog and digital sound

While vinyl remains the star of record fairs, the Exincourt fair also welcomes many CDs and other formats to satisfy collectors of all generations. Rock from the 60s to the present day, jazz and blues, French variety, soul and funk, classical music, electronic music, and many other genres are found on the stalls, guaranteeing discoveries for all tastes.

The exhibitors, prepared and approachable, are generally happy to share their passion and knowledge with visitors, whether they are seasoned collectors or simply curious. Entry is free for all visitors, making it an open and popular event in the Montbéliard agglomeration.
