A comfortable urban flea market in central Montauban

Set up on the spacious Boulanger store parking lot along rue Romy Schneider in Montauban, this flea market is now one of the most dynamic in the Montauban area. The site offers something rare in town: around a hundred pitches on flat tarmac, twenty or so of them sheltered under the parking's photovoltaic canopies. That detail makes all the difference on a summer Sunday or during a spring shower, with visitors and sellers alike happily browsing in the shade.

What you can find

Sellers are mostly local residents clearing out their homes, with stalls full of mismatched crockery, vinyl records, paperback and hardback books, children's toys, clothes, tested electrical appliances, small furniture, tools, vintage décor, knick-knacks and costume jewellery. A few semi-professional dealers add antique furniture and curated brocante to the mix.

Smooth organisation

The event starts early, around 7am, to make the most of the cool morning. The on-site refreshment stand serves coffee, pastries, sandwiches and drinks throughout the morning. Pitches must be reserved in advance, with sellers setting up between 6am and 7am.
