Annual barn sale of the AJB association in Blumeray - the whole village
The Blumeray barn sales are organized by the AJB association (Association Jeunesse Blumeray) throughout the village of Blumeray (52110), a commune in the Côtes de Meuse Woëvre community of municipalities. For two days, residents open their barns and courtyards to sell furniture, tools, rural objects, and curiosities in an authentic atmosphere. A rare and picturesque event, emblematic of the rural heritage of Haute-Marne.
The Blumeray barn sales are a special event in the flea market calendar of Haute-Marne. For two days, the entire village of Blumeray comes alive and opens its barns, courtyards, and sheds to offer visitors farm furniture, agricultural tools, rural everyday objects, and curiosities.
The AJB association (Association Jeunesse Blumeray) organizes this authentic event which attracts bargain hunters from all over the Grand Est region each year, seduced by the richness and originality of the items offered. The atmosphere of a rediscovered village and the generosity of the inhabitants are the particular charm of this event.
Blumeray is a small village in Haute-Marne, located in the Montier-en-Der sector, not far from the Der-Chantecoq lake. Its preserved rural setting enhances the appeal of this event which celebrates the agricultural and artisanal heritage of the region.
