Professional flea market every Friday morning on the quays of the Nive in Bayonne
Every Friday morning, the Quai Chaho and the Roland-Barthes esplanade host the Bayonne flea market. More than thirty professional dealers set up their stalls by the Nive river, in the historic district of Petit Bayonne, from 8 am to 1 pm.
This weekly market is a popular meeting place for local treasure hunters and passing visitors. You can find old tableware, trinkets, postcards, second-hand books, lamps, silverware, and all sorts of collectibles. The setting is magnificent: the colorful facades of Petit Bayonne are reflected in the waters of the Nive, creating a unique atmosphere for strolling among the stands.
Located in the city center of Bayonne, the Quai Chaho flea market is easily accessible on foot from the train station or the town's car parks. Entry is free and the relaxed atmosphere invites you to take your time to browse and negotiate.
