For over 70 years, the Argelès-Gazost parish fête has been an unmissable summer event in the Pyrenees. This historic event, reaching its 73rd edition in 2026, takes place on Avenue Adrien Hébrard and the town hall square, in the heart of this elegant spa town.
Argelès-Gazost, nicknamed 'the little Nice' for its mild microclimate, is a spa and health resort of 3,500 inhabitants at 460 meters altitude. Located between Lourdes and the Cirque de Gavarnie (UNESCO World Heritage Site), at the gates of the Pyrenees National Park, the town combines spa culture, heritage and nature. The fête includes an outdoor mass, a car boot sale, an aperitif, a refreshment stand with sandwiches, and crêpe and cake sales.
