The permanent historic brocante at Place d'Aligre since 1779
The Place d'Aligre brocante is one of the oldest markets in Paris still in operation, established in 1779.
Three markets coexist on the same site: the open-air food market, the covered Beauvau market (listed historic monument) and the brocante on the eastern half.
Mostly professional sellers offering antiques, old tableware, lighting, trinkets, books, postcards, vinyl, vintage clothing, silverware and curiosities.
A Parisian village feel with cafés like Le Baron Rouge, the Viaduc des Arts and the Coulée Verte nearby.
