About Saint-Sulpice Bike Exchange
On Sunday 19 April 2026, the Saint-Sulpicien Cycling Club holds its 8th Bike Exchange on the car park of the salle René Cassin, place Jean Jaurès. From 9am to 5pm, individuals and cycling enthusiasts meet to buy, sell or trade second-hand bikes in a friendly, sporty atmosphere.
An annual meet for bike lovers
Launched eight years ago by the Saint-Sulpicien Cycling Club, this bike exchange has become a Tarn spring fixture. Held each year on the car park of the salle René Cassin, right in the town centre, it draws seasoned cyclists, families looking for a first child's bike, students seeking affordable transport and vintage-bike collectors.
How it works
Simple concept: private sellers drop their bikes off from 7am against a modest commission. The club handles the sale, buyer welcome and transaction. Very affordable fees: €2 per bike deposited plus 10% commission on the sale price.
All types of bikes
Children's bikes (balance bikes, 14" and 20"), MTBs, road bikes, city bikes, hybrids, second-hand e-bikes, tandems, some collector's bikes. Club volunteers, all passionate cyclists, offer advice on size, set-up and overall condition.
An active Tarn club
The Saint-Sulpicien Cycling Club runs year-round rides across the Tarn, Lauragais and neighbouring Tarn-et-Garonne, actively promoting cycling in all its forms.
