Grand annual flea market of the firefighters at the Parc de la Mairie of Plaimpied-Givaudins
The Flea Market of the Firefighters of Plaimpied-Givaudins is one of the oldest flea markets in the Cher. For over 40 years, the Amicale des Sapeurs-Pompiers has organized this event on the 3rd Sunday of June in the Parc de la Mairie. The profits from this day support the social and charitable activities of the town's firefighters' association.
The Parc de la Mairie of Plaimpied-Givaudins offers a pleasant and shaded setting for this outdoor flea market. Individuals and professionals set up in the park's alleys to offer furniture, trinkets, tableware, books, clothes, toys, and various objects. The atmosphere is family-friendly and relaxed, conducive to strolling and bargain hunting.
