The first edition of the Sea Flea Market of Landévennec, a nautical flea market on the banks of the Aulne estuary
In May, Landévennec (29560) hosts the 1st edition of its Sea Flea Market, a maritime-themed flea market at Port Maria. Boat furniture, nautical objects, sea souvenirs, marine paintings, and sea-related curiosities will be on display. An unprecedented event in this village on the Crozon peninsula, between the medieval abbey and the Brest roadstead.
Landévennec (29560), a medieval village nestled at the confluence of the Aulne and the Brest roadstead on the Crozon peninsula, is hosting its Sea Flea Market for the first time in May. This nautical-themed flea market takes place at Port Maria, on the quay or in the port square, in an incomparable maritime setting.
The Sea Flea Market specializes in objects related to the sea and navigation: boat furniture and equipment, navigation instruments (compasses, sextants, barometers, spyglasses...), marine paintings and engravings, boat sculptures and models, ship lamps, portholes, ropes, anchors, buoys, fishing and spearfishing souvenirs, nautical decorative objects. Collectors and marine decor enthusiasts gather for these often rare events.
The establishment of a Sea Flea Market in Landévennec is an innovative initiative for this Finistère commune. It follows the tradition of nautical flea markets that liven up Breton ports in spring and summer, and takes advantage of the village's exceptional maritime context – between the Saint-Guénolé abbey and the port, between the calm waters of the Aulne and the currents of the Brest roadstead.
In May 2026, the Sea Flea Market of Landévennec (29560) returns to Port Maria. Nautical flea market in this village on the Crozon peninsula, on the edge of the Brest roadstead.
