The big charity flea market on the Boulanger car park
An unprecedented event in Montauban, this first grand indoor flea market took place in March 2026 on the Boulanger store car park, rue Romy Schneider, on the initiative of the Les Blouses Roses 82 association. With around a hundred stands including twenty-four under cover, the event combined exhibitor comfort, easy access and a charitable purpose to benefit hospitalised children and EHPAD residents supported by the association.
For their first mixed indoor/outdoor flea market, Les Blouses Roses 82 chose an original site: the Boulanger store car park at 50 rue Romy Schneider, in the Albasud commercial zone south of Montauban. This location offers exhibitors substantial space, easily accessible by car, with on-site visitor parking β a rare advantage for an urban flea market.
The format offers 100 stands in total, including 24 under cover for exhibitors wary of March weather. Registration was set at β¬15 for two parking spaces. This mixed configuration, still rare in Tarn-et-Garonne, gives the event a professional dimension while preserving the family spirit of a neighbourhood flea market.
Les Blouses Roses 82 is an association of 23 volunteers working in 13 facilities across the department (paediatric services of Montauban hospital, EHPAD, senior residences), to bring smiles to sick children and isolated elderly people. It belongs to the larger Les Blouses Roses federation, which has counted 4,400 volunteers in France for 80 years. The proceeds fund the purchase of toys, games, entertainment materials and activities in hospital settings.
As in all Les Blouses Roses 82 flea markets, private sellers dominate: clothing, toys, crockery, books, knick-knacks, baby equipment, small furniture, vinyl. A few regular bargain hunters add vintage items and collections. The atmosphere is friendly and family-oriented, with refreshments on site. The 8 am start suits early hunters, the 2 pm close frees the afternoon.
First edition of the grand indoor flea market of Montauban held on Sunday 1 March 2026 on the Boulanger store car park, rue Romy Schneider. Run by Les Blouses Roses 82, it offered 100 stands including 24 covered, at β¬15 for two spaces, in support of hospitalised children and seniors in the department.
This first edition of the grand indoor flea market launched by Les Blouses Roses 82 lived up to its promises: around a hundred exhibitors set up from 8 am on the Boulanger car park, with 24 covered stands much appreciated by private sellers wary of March weather.
Clothing, toys, crockery, books, knick-knacks and family bric-a-brac filled the morning until 2 pm, with refreshments and snacks on site. The funds raised through exhibitor registrations went to the association's coffers, redistributed as games, entertainment and activities for hospitalised children and EHPAD residents supported year-round by the Blouses Roses 82 volunteers.
