The Dures Terres Brocante: Eaubonne's annual neighbourhood fair

Every spring, the Association des Résidents des Dures Terres (ARDT) organises its annual neighbourhood brocante within the Dures Terres estate in Eaubonne, Val-d'Oise. Now in its 14th year, this grassroots event brings together residents as sellers – only Eaubonne residents are allowed to hold stalls – in a warm, community atmosphere. Second-hand clothing and objects are the only items permitted, ensuring a curated, authentic offering. The ARDT runs a refreshment stand throughout the day. Registration sessions are held at the association's office at 11 rue d'Absolu in the weeks before the event. Free entry for all visitors.
