The Flea Market of Apremont-sur-Allier, named "A day of treasure hunting", is much more than a simple car boot sale. This event takes place in an exceptional setting: the lawns by the Allier river, at the foot of the restored medieval houses covered with roses. About 60 exhibitors, professional antique dealers and individuals with beautiful collections, offer their finds on white-clothed tables, facing the river.

This village in the Cher department, located on the banks of the Allier river, was entirely restored in the 1930s by Eugène de Chambrun. The flea market takes advantage of this picturesque decor to create a unique atmosphere, between art de vivre and quality treasure hunting.
