For over ten years, the Sou des Écoles d'Eyzin-Pinet has organized a car boot sale that has become a must-attend event in the village calendar. Located in the town hall square and surrounding streets, this back-to-school event attracts an increasing number of visitors and exhibitors each year.

200 exhibitors for a varied hunt

With around 200 exhibitors, the Eyzin-Pinet car boot sale offers a very wide selection of second-hand items. Individuals sell everything: toys, clothes, books, crockery, small furniture, tools, trinkets, and decorative objects. Savvy bargain hunters know that the best deals are found early in the morning, as soon as it opens at 8 am.

An event for the benefit of schools

All profits generated by the car boot sale are donated to the Sou des Écoles, which finances school activities and outings for the children of the commune. It is therefore a solidarity act as well as a pleasure for flea market enthusiasts. The refreshment stand and food stall (sausages, fries, hot dogs) also contribute to the financing of educational projects.

Information for exhibitors

Exhibitors can set up from 5 am. The price is 3 euros per linear meter for pre-booking (registration before the deadline, about a week before the event) and 3.50 euros on site. It is recommended to book in advance to secure a spot, as on-site places are allocated subject to availability.
