In Chevilly-Larue, Brossier Organisation is a key player in the local brocante scene. Twice a year, this specialist events company animates the CCAS car park at 1 Rue Édith Piaf: in June for the spring/summer session, and in October for the autumn edition. Between 100 and 200 private sellers attend, following strict rules that guarantee authenticity: no professionals, no new items, no food, and everything must be displayed on tables.
The event is free for visitors, running from 8am to 6pm. Sellers benefit from differentiated pricing, with preferential rates for Chevilly-Larue residents. The site is accessible by tram T7 (Moulin vert) and bus 192 (Mandela-Sorbier).
