Edition Mai 2025 — Car boot sales Crots

The 2025 edition of the May 1st car boot sale in Crots brought together hundreds of exhibitors and thousands of visitors in the village streets, by the shores of Lake Serre-Ponçon. Organized by the AAVC, this spring day confirmed its status as the largest car boot sale in the Hautes-Alpes, with a lively treasure hunting route, refreshments, and food on-site.

Looking back at the 2025 edition

On Thursday, May 1st, 2025, the village of Crots hosted its famous annual car boot sale, the largest in the Hautes-Alpes department. From 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., the village streets and squares were transformed into a vast flea market, attracting treasure hunters and strollers from all over the Embrunais region and beyond.

Exhibitors offered an eclectic selection: antique furniture, crockery, toys, clothing, books, and collectibles. The refreshments and food provided by AAVC volunteers allowed visitors to spend a full day in this remarkable setting, just a few minutes from Lake Serre-Ponçon.
