2025 Edition — 8 June 2025
On 8 June 2025, the association Les Ripailleurs organised its traditional private sellers' car boot sale on the Place Saint-Gilles in Étampes. Under the benevolent gaze of the collegiate church of Saint-Gilles (12th century), sellers set up their stalls to offer visitors an authentic selection of objects, clothing, toys, books and knick-knacks. The medieval setting of Étampes, sub-prefecture and art-and-history city of Essonne, gave this friendly community car boot sale a unique atmosphere. Entry was free, and the convivial mood of a fine June Sunday in Essonne contributed to the success of this edition.
