Épineuil Car Boot Sale — 30th Edition 2025

Thursday 1 May 2025 marked a special anniversary for the Épineuil Car Boot Sale: its 30th edition. Organised with the usual care by Rencontres et Fêtes à Épineuil, this anniversary edition brought together sellers and visitors in the wine-growing village of the Tonnerrois for a festive day of bargain hunting. At the rate of €2/linear metre, private sellers set up their stalls between the limestone houses, offering antique objects, clothing, books and curiosities. The 1st May lily-of-the-valley tradition added to the day, with some sellers offering their lucky sprigs between two bargain tables. A fine anniversary edition for this event that is part of the festive heritage of Épineuil.
