About Friends of Oncopole Flea Market

Caussade's Friends of Oncopole flea market is a charity event held each year at the Salle Bonnaïs. All proceeds go to cancer research via Toulouse's Oncopole hospital, making this a generous bargain-hunting day in the heart of Quercy.

A flea market for cancer research

Organised by the Friends of Oncopole Caussade association, this charity flea market takes place every year at Salle Bonnaïs in the heart of Caussade. All the income from stands and refreshments is donated to oncology research at Toulouse's Oncopole. It is one of the most popular charity events on the Tarn-et-Garonne flea market calendar.

An indoor flea market

The event is held entirely indoors at Salle Bonnaïs, ensuring it goes ahead whatever the spring weather. The 4-metre stands allow each seller — private individuals only — to display their items in good conditions, with easy parking nearby.

What you can find

Crockery, books, toys, clothes, vinyl records, knick-knacks, small décor, board games, baby items: Salle Bonnaïs offers the typical mix of a family-friendly flea market. Volunteers handle reception and catering and keep the friendly atmosphere going. Bargain hunters appreciate the quality of items, often donated by generous Caussade families.

Caussade, capital of the hat

Use your visit to explore Caussade, famous for its hat-making heritage (hat museum, Willy's Paris factory), its 19th-century iron market hall, and its old town with traditional Quercy facades.

Why come

Beyond the bargains, it's a way to support cancer research directly by buying an item or sharing a coffee with the volunteers. The event has become a real moment of local solidarity.

Friends of Oncopole Flea Market — edition 2026

The 2026 edition of the Friends of Oncopole charity flea market took place on Sunday 12 April 2026 at Salle Bonnaïs in Caussade. Another day of solidarity for cancer research, bringing together private sellers and bargain hunters in a friendly atmosphere.

2026 edition review

On Sunday 12 April 2026, Salle Bonnaïs in Caussade hosted another much-anticipated edition of the Friends of Oncopole charity flea market. From 8 AM, visitors crowded around stands run by private individuals from Caussade and nearby villages, looking for crockery, books, toys and knick-knacks at small prices.

The volunteers' refreshment stand stayed busy all day, and attendance remained strong until late afternoon. As at every edition, all proceeds go to cancer research at Toulouse's Oncopole, continuing the association's solidarity commitment.
