The 2025 vide-grenier of Souzy-la-Briche was held on Sunday 18 May in the Hurepoix village. Around 50 to 80 private sellers animated the streets and village square for a rural and convivial day of bargain-hunting, in the singular atmosphere of this small preserved village of southern Essonne.

Looking back at the May 2025 vide-grenier
The May 2025 vide-grenier of Souzy-la-Briche once again brought together residents of the village and neighbouring communes of the Hurepoix for a day of bargain-hunting in the singular, preserved atmosphere of this small Essonne village. Around 50 to 80 private sellers had set up on Sunday 18 May on the village square and in the lanes, offering visitors an authentic selection of attic and cellar treasures: old crockery, books and magazines, period toys, garden tools, clothing, trinkets and assorted curiosities. The village of Souzy-la-Briche, nestled in its green setting amid the Hurepoix woodlands, provided an idyllic setting for this outdoor day of conviviality.
