The town-centre garage sale organised by the Double Sens association in Drancy
In the heart of Drancy, Place Marcel Paul hosts an annual popular garage sale organised by the Double Sens association. Private individuals and families gather for a lively day of bargain hunting, from 8:30am to 7pm, with affordable stall prices.
Place Marcel Paul, one of Drancy's central streets (93700), transforms each year into a lively second-hand market thanks to the Double Sens association. This neighbourhood event offers a convivial shopping experience just steps from Drancy town centre, easily accessible from Paris and neighbouring Seine-Saint-Denis communes.
From 8:30am, private sellers and families fill the square with a wide variety of second-hand items: adult and children's clothing, toys, books, vinyl records, crockery, electronics, trinkets and light furniture. Place Marcel Paul offers a central, lively setting ideal for attracting a diverse crowd. The event runs outdoors until 7pm, allowing for a full day of browsing.
The Double Sens association is involved in Drancy's social and cultural life through the organisation of community events. This garage sale, exclusively for private individuals, reflects its values of sharing, reuse and solidarity among residents.
