COS Arvert Car Boot Sale

Review of the 2025 Edition

On Sunday, August 3, 2025, the Arvert leisure park hosted the annual car boot sale of the Social Works Committee. Exclusively for individuals, this event offered visitors an authentic treasure hunting experience along the park's shaded paths, away from professional stalls.

From 7:30 AM, exhibitors displayed their treasures: mismatched crockery, forgotten trinkets, children's toys, paperback books, and second-hand clothes. Early bird bargain hunters were able to find the best deals before the midday rush. The refreshment stand and food service offered by COS volunteers provided a way to cool down in a friendly summer atmosphere, in the heart of the Arvert Peninsula.
