The car boot sale of the Amicale Laïque de Bobital

Every September, the Amicale Laïque de Bobital organizes a large car boot sale around the Les Acacias school, in the village of this rural commune in Côtes-d'Armor located a few kilometers south of Dinan. With around 150 exhibitors, it is one of the most important car boot sales in the Dinan area at the end of the season.

Bobital, a village between Dinan and the Coëtquen forest

Bobital is a commune of about 2,000 inhabitants nestled in the Dinan countryside, near the Coëtquen state forest and the lake of the same name. The village is also known for the Rock à Bobital festival, which has long attracted thousands of festival-goers every summer. The Amicale Laïque animates the associative life of the village throughout the year, and the September car boot sale is one of its flagship events.

150 exhibitors around the school

Exhibitors set up from 7 am around the Les Acacias school, in the village streets and spaces. The price is particularly attractive: 2.50 euros per linear meter, with a minimum of 5 meters. Numbered pitches are allocated by prior reservation, with payment by check only. A coffee is offered to exhibitors upon arrival, and two parking areas are available.

Food and village atmosphere

The volunteers of the Amicale Laïque provide a food and drink service throughout the day. The village atmosphere and the large size of the car boot sale make it a popular event for bargain hunters from the Dinan region, who take advantage of the last beautiful days of summer to find good deals.
