The summer votive festival of the perched village of Callian
Every first weekend of August, Callian celebrates Saint-Donat, its patron saint. Picnic at the chapel, torchlight procession to the village and concert on Place Honoré Bourguignon rhythm this traditional patronal festival run by the Comité des Fêtes.
The Saint-Donat patronal festival is a summer highlight in Callian, a perched village in the Pays de Fayence dominated by its medieval castle. Organised by the Comité des Fêtes, the event takes place traditionally on the first weekend of August and combines religious tradition, village festivity and popular entertainment.
The 2026 Saint-Donat edition will be held as every year on the first weekend of August in Callian. Picnic at Saint-Donat Chapel, torchlight procession and concert on Place Honoré Bourguignon.
