Charity car boot sale under the medieval halls of Crémieu
Every first Sunday of July, the Rotary Club of Crémieu Nord-Isère takes over the city's famous medieval halls to organize its annual car boot sale. This historic monument dating from 1434, with its spectacular wooden frame, offers a unique setting in Isère for treasure hunting and finding treasures.
The Rotary car boot sale is distinguished by the quality of its exhibitors. More than 90 vendors offer vintage items, decorations, books, antique tableware, and various curiosities. The emphasis is on quality rather than quantity, which attracts discerning treasure hunters and lovers of good finds. The selection of exhibitors helps maintain a high level of offerings.
Crémieu is one of the most beautiful medieval cities in Isère, with its ramparts, its halls classified as a historic monument, and its remarkable architectural heritage. The town, often called the "little Carcassonne of the Dauphiné," attracts many visitors throughout the year. The Rotary car boot sale benefits from this exceptional setting, attracting treasure hunters from all over the Lyon and Grenoble regions.
The profits from the car boot sale are entirely donated to the charitable actions of Rotary International. The barbecue, cold drinks, and coffee offered at modest prices contribute to the event's conviviality while supporting the fundraising. Participating in this car boot sale means hunting for treasures for a good cause.
