In January 2025, Bouaye's Salle René Gautier hosted the annual FC Bouaye car boot sale. This winter event, organized sheltered from the season's harshness, brought together exhibitors and visitors in a comfortable and well-heated venue.
Residents of Bouaye and surrounding towns took advantage of this opportunity to clear out their belongings at the start of the year: adult and children's clothing, toys, books, sports equipment, and everyday items found new owners on the stalls. The public, keen to support the local football club while saving money, responded positively. The revenue generated from stall rentals contributed to the financing of FC Bouaye's teams for the 2025 season.
