On 4 May 2025, the Place de l'Ouche in Étampes hosted the spring edition of the car boot sale organised by the GATP. As every year, private sellers from Étampes and neighbouring towns set up on the square to clear out their attics and offer visitors a varied selection at affordable prices. The friendly and festive atmosphere of this community car boot sale, right in the heart of the medieval old town of Étampes, faithfully drew local residents looking for bargains and good company. Entry was free for visitors.
