The Banvillars car boot sale was held on Whit Monday 2025 (9 June) at 1 rue d'Argiésans. The ~300-inhabitant village in the heart of the Territoire de Belfort welcomed its ~90 private sellers for this convivial countryside day over the Whit Monday weekend.

Looking back at the Banvillars car boot sale — Whit Monday 2025
Monday 9 June 2025, Whit Monday: the village of Banvillars held its annual car boot sale tradition at 1 rue d'Argiésans. Under an early-summer sky, sixty to a hundred private sellers set up their stalls in this village street, offering the bric-à-brac accumulated in Belfort-area houses.
The long Whit Monday weekend brought families from the Belfort basin, come to enjoy the sunshine and the bargains in this bucolic atmosphere typical of small-village car boot sales in the Territoire de Belfort. The 2026 edition is scheduled for Monday 25 May.
