Every last Sunday in May, the Ségoufielle Festival Committee organises its big car boot sale and garden clear-out in the village square. This spring event, which combines the tradition of a classic car boot sale with a "garden clear-out" section dedicated to garden tools, plants, and equipment, attracts between 100 and 200 sellers and a crowd of bargain hunters from all over the L'Isle-Jourdain region.

An original dual concept: attic and garden

The originality of the Ségoufielle event lies in its dual concept. Beyond the usual car boot sale stalls offering clothes, toys, crockery, and knick-knacks, the garden clear-out allows individuals to sell or exchange garden equipment, plants, tools, outdoor furniture, and gardening accessories. A well-thought-out formula for spring, appealing to both flea market enthusiasts and gardening fans.

Organisation and practical arrangements

3-meter linear pitches are available for €8. Registration is possible online via HelloAsso or on a paper form available at the town hall. Pitch allocation is communicated by SMS the day before the event. Sellers can set up from 7 am, with visitors welcomed from 8 am. Departures are permitted from 4 pm. Coffee is offered to each seller, a gesture appreciated by regulars.
