Looking back at the Bretenoux Summer Brocante 2025
In the summer of 2025, the Bretenoux Summer Brocante and Car Boot Sale lived up to all expectations on the banks of the Cère. The Bretenoux Festival Committee, in partnership with the Guidons et Calandres association, orchestrated another successful edition of this unmissable summer event in the northern Lot. Professional antique dealers and individuals took over the riverbanks to offer their finds to the many visitors drawn by this dual program.
The Guidons et Calandres association, for its part, enlivened the Île de la Bourgnatelle with its usual gathering of vintage vehicles — classic cars and motorcycles — offering an additional spectacle for mechanics enthusiasts. The long day (6:30 AM to 6:30 PM) and well-stocked event attracted both tourists from the Dordogne Valley and local residents looking for bargains.
