On May 3, 2026, the Tom Morel hall car park in Fillière (formerly Thorens-Glières) hosts a double event: car boot sale and artisan market. This original format combines second-hand bargain hunting with local artisan creations.
From 8am to 6pm, visitors browse two distinct areas. The car boot sale features classic items: clothing, toys, books, tableware, knick-knacks and small furniture. The artisan market showcases original creations: jewellery, pottery, handmade candles, local produce and woodwork.
Fillière is closely linked to the Glières plateau, a symbol of the French Resistance during World War II. The hall bears the name of Tom Morel, a Resistance hero.
