35th edition of the Cormery flea market, organized by ES Vallée Verte at the municipal stadium
The Cormery flea market celebrates its 35th edition in 2025. Organized by the football club ES Vallée Verte, this September event brings together exhibitors and bargain hunters at the municipal stadium of this Touraine town famous for its macarons and Benedictine abbey.
The Cormery flea market celebrates its 35th edition in 2025, a testament to the vitality of this back-to-school event organized by the ES Vallée Verte football club. Professional and private exhibitors set up at the municipal stadium to offer clothing, collectibles, tableware, books, toys, small furniture, tools, and trinkets of all kinds. The pitch is charged at €2.50 per linear meter (minimum 5 meters), and setup begins at 5:30 AM for a closing at 7 PM.
Cormery (37320) is a small Touraine town located on the banks of the Indre river, about fifteen kilometers south of Tours. The village is famous for its Benedictine abbey, founded in 791, whose monumental ruins—the Saint-Paul tower, the Gothic refectory, and the abbot's lodge—form a remarkable ensemble. Cormery is also known throughout France for its macarons, a local specialty whose recipe dates back to the Benedictine monks. The Macaron Fair, held every spring, complements the event calendar.
Organized by the volunteers of ES Vallée Verte, the Cormery flea market helps finance the local football club. Refreshments and food are available on-site. Admission is free.
The 36th Cormery flea market returns in September 2026 at the municipal stadium.
