This second-hand shop, located in the premises the association has occupied for over ten years in Chabrières, offers second-hand items of all categories at unbeatable prices, collected from the people of Corte and Haute-Corse.

The selection is particularly varied: clothing for women, men, and children, shoes, books, games and toys, baby equipment, tableware (porcelain, Arcopal, cutlery), appliances, furniture, decorative items (frames, bedside lamps, floor lamps, clocks), and food products. Each item is offered at a deliberately low price, as the goal of Secours Populaire is to help people in difficulty—especially students and low-income families—to equip and clothe themselves at a lower cost.

Secours Populaire Français, a mission of solidarity in Corsica

The Secours Populaire Français (SPF) is one of France's major humanitarian and mutual aid associations, recognized as being of public utility. Its Corte committee has been active in Haute-Corse for many years. The association is located in Chabrières, a district on the outskirts of Corte on the RT50 towards the east, where it has spacious premises to receive and store donated items before selling them in its flea market.

The funds collected through the flea market enable the Corte committee to finance its local solidarity actions: food aid, school support, holiday assistance for children from disadvantaged families, and support for people in precarious situations. The flea market thus provides a dual service: making quality items accessible at low prices for buyers, and generating resources for solidarity activities for the most vulnerable.

The Chabrières district, on the edge of the RT50 (Route Territoriale 50) connecting Corte to the eastern plain, is an area dedicated to sports and associations, housing the municipal Sports Park.
