Each year, the parish Saint-Christophe of Lorient organizes a flea market in the rooms and on the parking lot of the rectory, located at 45 rue Beauvais. This parish event, open to all, offers a wide variety of items: furniture, decorative objects, tableware, books, clothing, old tools and various curiosities.
Lorient, a port city of over 57,000 inhabitants, is the second largest city in Morbihan. The rue Beauvais district is located in a quiet residential area of the city, close to the center. The parish of Saint-Christophe, served by the Brothers of Saint John, is an active community life center.
The organization of this flea market by the parish community gives it a friendly and warm atmosphere. The profits are donated to the parish activities. The two-day format allows visitors to take their time to browse through the items offered.
