Garéoult's spring flea market

Garéoult hosts two big annual flea markets: autumn (around 200 stalls, first Sunday of October) and spring, smaller but equally loved. 2024 spring edition: Sunday 7 April. Reconducted each year on a variable April date. Same format: downtown streets, town-hall organisation, priority to locals.

This twice-a-year pattern makes Garéoult one of Provence Verte's most active villages for community flea markets. It fosters local ties and supports downtown shops off-season.

Family format

Resolutely family-oriented: private sellers, affordable prices, friendly atmosphere. Families come with prams, elders chat with sellers, downtown shops open their doors. A true village flea market, with Provençal simplicity.

Tips

Arrive early. Cash, sturdy bag, a light jacket — April mornings can be crisp. Park on the outskirts.

Garéoult in Provence Verte

30 km east of Aubagne, 20 km from Toulon — a good base to explore Sainte-Baume vineyards, medieval La Roquebrussanne, or Ollioules gorges. Weekly Provençal market and summer patronal festivals add year-round festivity.
