Edition Septembre 2025 — Brocante des Marronniers
The Brocante Place des Marronniers took place on Sunday, September 14, 2025, in the heart of Bourges' historic center. Around 200 exhibitors set up on the Place des Marronniers and adjacent streets, a stone's throw from Saint-Étienne Cathedral. Professionals, individuals, and neighborhood residents offered antique furniture, tableware, silverware, books, trinkets, and collectibles. In the evening, visitors enjoyed the Nuits Lumière light show that illuminates the city's monuments.

Recap of the 2025 Edition
On Sunday, September 14, 2025, the Place des Marronniers hosted its grand annual flea market, nicknamed "Brocante à Mimile" by regulars. Organized by the Association du Quartier Émile Martin - Jean Baffier, this edition brought together nearly 200 exhibitors under the century-old chestnut trees, in the shade of Saint-Étienne Cathedral.
The stalls offered a complete panorama of antique hunting: patinated antique furniture, Berry porcelain tableware, silverware, bound books, old postcards, trinkets, vintage clothing, and vinyl records. The atmosphere, both popular and refined, attracted bargain hunters from the Cher region and neighboring departments. At the end of the day, the Nuits Lumière of Bourges provided a spectacular finale for the last strollers. The next edition is scheduled for September 2026.
