Odyssée-nous Flea Market in La Croix-Valmer

Run by the Odyssée-nous association, this 8 May flea market is held each year at La Croix-Valmer's Forum René Rinaudo. Beyond the stalls, it helps fund the association's projects while offering residents a cheerful meeting point in the village centre. Between the vineyards of Côtes de Provence and the D-Day beaches, La Croix-Valmer is a great base for a morning of bargain hunting before a swim or a winery visit. Because 8 May is a public holiday, turnout is usually high.

What to look for

The Odyssée-nous flea market is mainly a private-led event, with classic finds: clothes, toys, books, crockery, knick-knacks, small furniture and decor. Sales are dominated by local families and second-home owners using the long weekend to clear their homes.
