The Montreuil flea market

Montreuil is a small village of around 700 in South-Vendée, a few km from Fontenay-le-Comte. Its annual flea market on Sunday 10 May 2026 is a popular spring rendezvous. Local roots combined with appeal for neighbouring-commune bargain hunters.

Mostly private vendors set up early in the village or near the community hall. Varied offer: clothes, toys, tableware, bibelots, books, small furniture. Family atmosphere typical of rural Vendée flea markets.
