The parents' association of the Saint-Jean school organizes its big car boot sale every year in Beaupréau-en-Mauges (49600). With around 180 exhibitors, it is one of the busiest car boot sales in the Mauges area, attracting bargain hunters and families from all over western Maine-et-Loire.

Private exhibitors, mainly families from the school and local residents, offer a varied and generous selection: children's and adult clothing, toys and board games, children's books and novels, records and tapes, crockery and tableware, childcare equipment, sports and leisure items, decorative objects, and many other items at bargain prices. It's the perfect opportunity to find great deals and give objects a second life.

The event takes place in a warm and family-friendly atmosphere, much appreciated by the residents of Beaupréau-en-Mauges and neighboring towns. The proceeds help to fund school trips, educational materials, and cultural projects for the pupils of the Saint-Jean school.

The Saint-Jean school is one of the Catholic schools in Beaupréau-en-Mauges, a new commune in Maine-et-Loire created in 2016 from the merger of several Mauges towns.
