A country car boot sale in the heart of Auxois-Morvan

Each year, the Comité des Fêtes de Liernais organizes a car boot sale on the place Martin Dosse, in the center of this picturesque village in the Côte-d'Or, nestled between the hills of Auxois and the first foothills of the Morvan. Exhibitors – private individuals and a few professionals – set up stalls in the square and adjacent streets, offering a varied selection of second-hand items: trinkets, antique tableware, books, toys, vintage clothing, tools, small furniture, and various curiosities.

A village of character between Auxois and Morvan

Liernais, a commune of about 600 inhabitants, is a rural town in the canton of Pouilly-en-Auxois, located about twenty kilometers from Saulieu and forty kilometers from Autun. The village, crossed by the Ternin river, offers a green setting conducive to walks and the discovery of local heritage. The place Martin Dosse, in the center of the town, is a pleasant space to host this type of outdoor event.
