In 2025, Cave de Cantarelle kept its weekly Sunday rhythm — summer hours 5am-2pm (1 May - 1 Dec), winter hours 6am-2pm. The usual mix of private sellers and professional dealers, refreshments and free parking in the Garniers district of Saint-Maximin.

2025 at Cantarelle
In 2025, Cave de Cantarelle confirmed its status as a flagship Sunday stop in Provence Verte. Every Sunday of the year, private sellers and professional dealers took over the Garniers site, from 5am in summer and 6am in winter.
Strong turnout and sustained seller demand via HelloAsso led organiser Le Capucin to announce a two-line check-in system from 1 January 2026 to streamline installation. The snack bar and small catering extended hunts long into the morning.
