The 2025 edition of the Vide-Grenier de Cabriès was held on May 1st in the alleys of the old perched village, at the foot of the medieval castle. Private exhibitors took over the squares and small squares of the fortified town to offer bargain hunters crockery, books, clothes, toys, and various items at low prices. Between Aix-en-Provence and Marseille, Cabriès offered its picturesque setting of a Provençal village perched on its rocky outcrop for this friendly bargain hunting day under the spring sun.
The Vide-Grenier de Cabriès once again brought together bargain hunters and exhibitors on May 1st, 2025, in the exceptional setting of this medieval perched village in the Bouches-du-Rhône. The stalls, set up in the cobbled alleys and on the squares of the old village, offered a wide variety of items: Provençal crockery and earthenware, books and comics, clothes for the whole family, old and new toys, decorative knick-knacks, and small furniture.
The May 1st public holiday allowed many visitors to enjoy this day of strolling among the stalls, while discovering the remarkable heritage of Cabriès: the 8th-century castle housing the Edgar Mélik museum, the Romanesque church of Sainte-Marie-de-la-Nativité, and the ramparts of the old fortified city. The mild Provençal spring weather and the panoramic view of the surrounding hills contributed to the success of this edition.
The Vide-Grenier de Cabriès will be held again on May 1st, 2026, in the old village, for another day of bargain hunting and conviviality in the heart of this characterful town located between Aix-en-Provence and Marseille.
