Annual May 1st car boot sale organized by the Association des Margats d'Audresselles
The Audresselles car boot sale traditionally takes place on May 1st in the village streets, notably rue Édouard Quénu and place du Détroit. Organized by the Association des Margats d'Audresselles, it brings together between 50 and 100 exhibitors in this picturesque fishing village on the Côte d'Opale.
Audresselles, a small fishing village nestled between Boulogne-sur-Mer and Cap Gris-Nez, hosts its traditional car boot sale every May 1st. The cobbled streets and the place du Détroit are transformed into a huge market for bargains, in an authentic maritime setting.
The Association des Margats d'Audresselles, named after the seagull in local dialect, runs this event which is part of the village's community and festive life. The car boot sale attracts bargain hunters and strollers who come to enjoy the charm of the Côte d'Opale on this public holiday.
Audresselles car boot sale on May 1st, 2026. Rue Édouard Quénu and Place du Détroit, from 8 AM to 6 PM.
