The 31st edition of the Grand Flea Market of the Avenir Quarter was held on Sunday 5 October 2025, on rue Jean-Jaurès in Stains. Over 350 sellers animated this sunny day. Registration at the annexe post office from 18 September. Free entry, 6am to 6pm.

2025 Edition Review
On Sunday 5 October 2025, rue Jean-Jaurès in the Avenir neighbourhood of Stains once again buzzed with activity at the Grande Brocante. The 31st edition of this popular event brought together over 350 sellers in a festive, convivial atmosphere, from 6am to 6pm.
Visitors were able to browse clothing, toys, books, knick-knacks and everyday objects at unbeatable prices. The Comité des Fêtes du Quartier de l'Avenir, chaired by Alfred Rochefort, once again ensured impeccable organisation. Cars were banned from 9am in the event perimeter.
