Edition 2025 — Car Boot Sale Lion-sur-Mer
The 2025 edition of the Grand Car Boot Sale of Lion-sur-Mer was held on Sunday, August 10th, around the town hall square. Organized by the Comité des Fêtes, this summer event brought together 150 exhibitors in the town hall car park, on Boulevard du Calvados, the Trianon car park, and Rue Edmond Bellin. From 6 am to 6 pm, bargain hunters from the Côte de Nacre and the Caen agglomeration browsed the stalls in search of good deals in this charming seaside resort.

On Sunday, August 10, 2025, Lion-sur-Mer hosted its annual Grand Car Boot Sale, organized by the Comité des Fêtes. Approximately 150 exhibitors set up from the early morning hours around the town hall square, in the Boulevard du Calvados car park, the Trianon car park, and Rue Edmond Bellin.
From 6 am to 6 pm, bargain hunters browsed the stalls in search of treasures among the clothing, toys, books, tableware, trinkets, and decorative items on offer. The summer atmosphere and the exceptional setting of this seaside resort on the Côte de Nacre, between Belle Époque villas and the seafront, contributed to the success of this day. Holidaymakers mingled with locals to enjoy this day of open-air treasure hunting.
