31st edition of the Grande Brocante du Blanc with antiques and vintage car-motorcycle gathering
The Grande Brocante du Blanc is the summer's flagship event in the south of Indre. For its 31st edition, this major event combines a flea market, antiques, and a vintage car-motorcycle gathering. The town center of Le Blanc, a charming town on the banks of the Creuse, transforms into a vast flea market where professionals and individuals offer their treasures to bargain hunters from all over the region.
For over three decades, the Grande Brocante du Blanc has enlivened the heart of this town on the banks of the Creuse every summer. For its 31st edition, on August 2, 2026, the event offers a dual event: a large flea market and antiques fair with many professional and private exhibitors, and a vintage car-motorcycle gathering. Bargain hunters will find antique furniture, art objects, trinkets, tableware, rare books, agricultural tools, vinyl records, and curiosities from all eras, while automotive enthusiasts admire the beautiful machines of yesteryear.
Sub-prefecture of the Indre department, Le Blanc is a picturesque town built on either side of the Creuse river. The upper town, dominated by the Château de Naillac, offers a remarkable panorama of the valley. The Ecomuseum of the Brenne, the Château des Naillac, and the Church of Saint-Génitour are examples of quality architectural heritage. Le Blanc is also the gateway to the Regional Natural Park of the Brenne, a "land of a thousand ponds," recognized for the exceptional richness of its biodiversity.
The originality of this Grande Brocante lies in the combination of the professional flea market and the vintage car-motorcycle gathering. Vintage vehicle enthusiasts exhibit their classic cars, vintage motorcycles, and period utility vehicles in a nostalgic atmosphere. This dual program attracts a diverse audience: bargain hunters, collectors, car enthusiasts, and families, in a festive and friendly atmosphere by the Creuse river.
The 31st Grande Brocante du Blanc will be held on Sunday, August 2, 2026. Antiques, flea market, and vintage car-motorcycle gathering. Free admission.
Le Blanc is accessible via the RN151 (Châteauroux – Poitiers) and the D975. 60 km from Châteauroux and 60 km from Poitiers.
