Grande Brocante of Saint-Maurice-Montcouronne

Looking back at the 28th edition — June 2025

The 28th edition of the grande brocante of Saint-Maurice-Montcouronne, held on Sunday 1 June 2025, once again brought together hundreds of visitors from across the department and beyond for this day of bargain-hunting in the exceptional setting of the medieval village. Around 200 sellers — private individuals and professionals — had set up in the village lanes and on the Romanesque church square, creating a medieval market atmosphere revisited for the 21st century. The diversity and quality of the wares on offer — from period furniture to attic trinkets, via collectibles and old books — once again justified this brocante's reputation as one of the most remarkable in rural Essonne.
