Foire à tout of July 14th in Criquebeuf-sur-Seine, village in the loop of the Seine between Rouen and Louviers
Each year, on July 14th, the village of Criquebeuf-sur-Seine combines national celebration and flea market to offer residents and visitors a doubly festive day. On the banks of the Norman Seine, private sellers unpack their treasures while the spirit of July 14th animates the village.
Criquebeuf-sur-Seine is a village in the Eure region located in the loop of the Seine, about ten kilometers south of Rouen and near Louviers. This Norman town, nestled between the meanders of the river and the limestone hills, offers a river landscape characteristic of Normandy. The Seine, wide and majestic at this point, gives the village a unique character where river activities and rural life blend.
The July 14th flea market brings together private sellers every year offering crockery, furniture, clothing, toys, books, and various trinkets. The national day gives the event a particularly festive atmosphere. Refreshments and food are usually available to complete the festive mood. Free entry for visitors.
From Rouen, take the A13 or N338 south towards Louviers, exit Criquebeuf-sur-Seine (about 15 minutes). From Louviers, take the D6015 north.
Free parking in the village.
