Summer flea market in Beaumont-le-Roger, medieval town of the Risle in Eure
At the beginning of June, Beaumont-le-Roger hosts its second major foire à tout of the year. Following the success of the May 1st flea market, this June edition offers another opportunity for bargain hunters to browse the streets of this medieval town in the Risle valley in search of good deals and unexpected finds.
The month of June marks the beginning of the Norman summer. The days get longer, the vegetation is in full bloom, and the ruins of the Augustinian priory in Beaumont-le-Roger are magnified by the golden early summer light. The banks of the Risle offer enchanting walks for visitors who wish to extend their flea market day with a stroll by the water.
The June Foire à tout is not just a repeat of the May 1st flea market. It attracts different exhibitors and offers a renewed selection, enriched by the spring car boot sales. Residents who haven't yet had the chance to sort through their belongings can take advantage of the June fair to exhibit their items, ensuring a welcome freshness and diversity for regular shoppers.
The commune of Beaumont-le-Roger benefits from an advantageous geographical location in the Risle valley, between Brionne and Conches-en-Ouche. Its accessibility via the D133 and the departmental roads crossing the valley makes it easy for exhibitors and visitors from surrounding towns and major Norman cities to attend.
