Edition 2025 — Foire aux Livres SOS Amitié
The SOS Amitié Besançon Book Fair brought together reading enthusiasts at the Fontaine-Écu gymnasium in late March 2025. For three days, thousands of second-hand books were offered at very accessible prices in all literary and documentary categories. The proceeds contributed to financing the association's volunteer telephone listening activities.

Back on the SOS Amitié Book Fair 2025 in Besançon
In late March 2025, the Fontaine-Écu gymnasium in Besançon transformed for a long weekend into an extraordinary second-hand bookstore. Volunteers from SOS Amitié Besançon Franche-Comté had sorted, categorized, and arranged thousands of books on tables in the gymnasium, ready to welcome readers from all walks of life. The fair saw satisfactory attendance, with many family visits on Saturday, and collectors and bibliophiles arriving at opening on Friday to be the first to browse the shelves. The proceeds from this edition allowed the association to finance part of the training for its volunteer listeners, confirming the social utility of this simple and generous event.
