May 1st Farfouille

On May 1st, 2025, the Brotteaux stadium in Châtillon-la-Palud hosted its annual grand farfouille, bringing together around 280 exhibitors along the roadside of the route d'Ambérieu. Families came in large numbers to take advantage of this public holiday and browse the aisles filled with attractively priced clothes, toys, books, crockery, and various items.

The local football club and the Sou des Écoles joined forces to offer a full day with giant wooden games for children, a refreshment stand, and food. The warm and family-friendly atmosphere made this edition a popular success, with profits supporting the town's sports activities and school trips.
